Born in Italy in 2000, Michele is a passionate student and activist. After a gap year in South-East Asia, he enrolled in the Bachelor's in Sociology at the University of Trento, from which he will graduate in July 2023 with a thesis based on fieldwork he will carry out in Northern India investigating the impact of the water crisis in Rajasthan. In 2020, he joined the International Youth Think Tank (IYYT) as a youth fellow. With the IYTT, he has pioneered the format of the Open Chair Democracy Talks, a simple yet transformative tool for citizen's engagement. The initiative's success prompted The New York Times to publish an interview profiling Michele and the project.
