Biographical Info

I am an economist-urbanist, with 15 years of experience in EU grants and policies. As a researcher, I am dealing with culture & creative industries, and their impacts on cities and urban space.

From volunteering in tactical urbanism to being the head of public engagement in railway development investments, from being a team leader with 30+ running projects to becoming the chief editor of the National Tourism Strategy for Hungary, being an independent counselor or member of the company team...planning and managing projects, monitoring progress, getting people on board, and getting the job done - this has been my role in the past nearly 20 years.

Working in vastly different industries (higher education, tourism, cultural sector, regional development, urban planning & transportation) and organizations (Budapest Metropolitan University, Hungarian Tourism Agency, Budapest Development Agency) taught me how to adapt seamlessly to new branches, environments, teams, and tasks. Looking for new opportunities in the field of Urban Planning and Regional Development.

My insatiable curiosity drives me to discover new domains (recently design thinking and UX research) and integrate new methods and approaches into my personal development. Although I worked with XXL-scale projects, I am mostly interested in the human-focused approach, the "software" part of urban living: placemaking, experiential graphic design, community building, local participation, artistic creation in public space & tactical urbanism.

Being an enthusiastic learner myself, I always look for new partnerships to expand my professional horizon, as well as new possibilities to cooperate.
