German-Bolivian Urban Designer, with experience in urban development, participatory process, research and monitoring for national and international cooperation institutions for urban development (including GIZ, ECLAC, UN-Habitat, World Bank). Professor at the Faculty of Architecture of the Bolivian Catholic University and assosiate researcher at the Center for Ecology, Landscape and Urbanism of the DesignLab of the Adolfo Ibáñez University, Chile, with participation in publications and in the training of students of the bachelor's and master's programs.
