I work on short and long-term projects, overseeing blocks in the city's ecosystem. A sizable part of my work is recognizing economic growth challenges related to the lack of human capital and finding solutions that improve talent attraction, integration, and retention. My goal is to continuously drive the improvement of local liveability and resilience by creating liaison projects between the private and public sectors.
