I am presently working as a PhD Researcher at the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME), focusing on the intersection of the Commons and the challenges arising from the tension between heritage value and the imperative of energy transition. My research takes a socio-political perspective on these critical issues.
My commitment to improving living conditions is deeply rooted in my upbringing in Latin America and Africa, where I witnessed firsthand the local challenges and the transformative impact of sound policy and planning on underserved communities. Aiming for more equitable and inclusive cities, I explore the intricate links between urban planning, urban policies, ecological transition, culture, and collaborative processes
